Shipping Information: We're dedicated to getting your order on its way within just 2 business days of purchase.
Delivery Information:· • In India, you can typically expect your standard delivery to arrive within 6-7 days.
• While we do our best to ensure swift delivery, please understand that occasional delays may
occur due to factors beyond our control.
Domestic Orders: For orders below Rs. 2000, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable. However, we offer free shipping for all pre-paid orders above Rs. 2000 within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For domestic Indian orders, we offer cash on delivery (COD) at an additional cost of Rs. 50. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Express delivery options: Additionally, express delivery options are available for selected pin codes at an additional charge of Rs. 350, ensuring swift delivery within 1-2 business days.

However, if you find that some items are missing from your order despite receiving a delivery confirmation, don't worry! - Ensure the returned product is in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed, with proper tags.
- Products undergo a quality check at the CR HOME warehouse before processing exchanges/refunds.
- Exchange requests are accepted only once.
- Cash on delivery (COD) and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International orders are non-returnable.
- Typically, it takes 7-10 working days for an exchange or return order to be processed.
- This timeline accounts for the reverse pickup arranged with the courier company, which collects the product from your delivery address.
- Upon retrieval, the items undergo a thorough quality check at the CR HOME warehouse.
- After this inspection, we proceed with the necessary steps to complete the refund process.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and our regular return/exchange policies will apply. If you wish to cancel your order,
